Pat Arden is a sixth-generation Texan and grew up on a working cattle ranch in Northeast Texas. Her real estate career spans over 35 years and she has extensive experience in commercial real estate and farm and ranch sales. Pat is a graduate of The University of Saint Thomas with an MBA in Economics and is a licensed Real Estate Broker, State of Texas. She earned the Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. While living in Houston she was involved in the marketing and sale of several commercial land tracts, residential properties, and over 135,000 acres of farm and ranch properties. She also was a property asset and leasing manager for Houston area properties owned by a top New York real estate investment firm.
Recently returning to life in the country, Pat currently lives in the Hockley area. She is active in several historical societies and the arts including the Brenham Fine Art League and Arts for Rural Texas and attends church and bible study groups in the Navasota area. In her spare time she enjoys playing competitive tennis, painting, golfing and fishing with her grandsons, and traveling with family and friends.
Pat has recently joined Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited as a Broker Associate to continue her career representing both buyers and sellers in the sale and acquisition of commercial, residential, and farm and ranch properties.
