The large Foyer (19 x 23) welcomes guests as they enter from the elevator. Special features include the mock domed ceiling with faux gilt and faux marble medallion and art lighting.
From the Foyer you can see through to the Master Suite (Primary Bedroom) and the Living Room. The floors are polished travertine with granite inlay and in the center there is inlaid hardwood and variegated travertine tile that creates the "star" floor mosaic

The expansive Living Room has wide-plank hardwood floors, a dominant granite gas fireplace (remote/control) with hairy-paw pilasters, bowed ceiling with art lighting and access to one of the two balconies.

A pair of antique wooden doors open from the Living room into the formal Dinning room. There is a recessed, faux gilt ceiling in a baroque frame.
The Dinning Room has hardwood floors, window seat / antique monk's bench with barley sugar columns and gothic arches. The antique doors are flanked by a pair of recessed shell-carved cabinets with Della Robbia applique.
The Kitchen boasts Venetian plaster walls, buffed / honed travertine tile floors, armoire-style cabinet for refrigerator and freezer + refrigerator and freezer drawers and a Thermador range with custom hood with "Lord of Misrule" motif.
There is a refectory table-style island with marble deck, seating and storage. The bull nose granite countertops have mosaic travertine tile backsplash with antique Italian mythological tile inserts.
The Breakfast Room with coffered ceiling continues off one end of the kitchen. Not shown is the butler's pantry at the other end of the Kitchen with walk-in pantry, bar with sink, cabinets with display shelves, granite countertops and icemaker
Den/Lounge - Parquetry walnut floor, antique pine paneling, fireplace mantel with Della Robbia carving and ram's head crest and access to the shared balcony with the Living Room.

The Wine Vault is temperature controlled with honed travertine tile floor, walls and barrel ceiling. At present there is a minimum of 200 bottle capacity (more could be added to the built-in cabinets).
Gentleman's Retreat - or Owner's Retreat - contains concave wall with book/display cabinets, mock dome ceiling and glass front gun cabinet. There are great views of Houston from this room in particular.
